Pactsworn is the name of the combined forces of Skaven and Rotbloods encountered in Vermintide 2. All enemies seen in the game are part of the Pactsworn, which was established somewhere after the events of Vermintide 1 by Rasknitt and Burblespue Halescourge. The reason for this treaty is that the Skaven needed reinforcements after their initial defeat at the hand of the heroes in Vermintide 1, while the Rotbloods were offered a quick and safe way into the heart of The Empire, the home of their enemies.
